The Brother: Emmanuel "Mana" Chabbey

Present since his  beginnings as musician with his brother, Mana is a bass player and  electric bass player who plays in several style of music: jazz in several formations, Celtic music with Popinsko , blues.

Musicians say about him that is a "sure" bassist !!

When you know the man and the talent, sure that this young fellow is going to be a terror-bass player !

Old Friends: Andy Baron  and Gil Lachenal

Respectively drummer and bass player, they created with William a high-level jazz trio.

This trio has a 15 years common experiment playing together in concerts which has given birth to the first Wiliam’s cd : "Meeting with the cool"

Carlos Werneck  is William’s most faithful companion

Exceptional bass player, certainly the most creative brazilian bass player of his generation, Carlos « sails » in a different musical style than jazz: Brazilian music in all its forms.

William and Carlos share the same passion for brazilian music and its tempos. It is always a pleasure to get them on stage for some rare concerts : friendship, laughs and great creativity are present.

You can hear Carlos playing guitar and singing on two pieces on last William’s cd: "Jazz Horizons".

The BIG George: George Brown

How could we present this famous american drummer?

He played drums in the sessions of the largest albums of Wes Montgomery, David Murray, Archie Shepp and so many other musicians.

Shortly, he’s a large Sir of the battery who has followed William for more than 10 years.

George played with:  Kenny Burrell, Andre Ceccarelli, Jimmy Cobb, John Coltrane, Johnny Dyani, Marvin Gaye, Steve Grossman, Daniel Humair, Alain Jean Marie, Franck Lowe, Wes Montgomery, David Murray, Horace Parlan, Archie Shepp, Sonny Stitt, Badly Waldron?

Selective discography:  Archie Shepp - I Didn' T Know Butt You (Timeless) David Murray - Last Of The Hipmen (Red Records) Wes Montgomery?  Guitar one the Go (OJC) - Portrait of Wes (OJC)?

Patrick Villanueva :

Patrick is an great organist and a very complete pianist due to his jazz culture and his talent.

His participation in William’s cd "Jazz Horizons" leaves there the color that William wished to find there.
